基  金:2021年度河北省教育科学研究“十四五”规划课题(一般)“基于OBE理念的高职临床医学应用型人才培养路径研究”(2103305)。

摘  要:以成果产出为导向,临床医学专任教师通过顶岗实践并访谈专家,研讨临床医学生胜任职业岗位应具备的能力,并结合国家标准和办学定位,明确高职临床医学应用型人才培养目标。通过对在岗医师实际工作岗位所需能力和毕业生职业岗位胜任力进行问卷调查,分析整合了高职临床医学毕业要求核心能力及指标点,构建了高职临床医学能力目标。同时,厘清每门课程与毕业要求核心能力及指标点的映射关系,汇集了支撑能力目标达成“4321”课程体系。Based on results-oriented concept,clinical full-time teachers practice and interview experts,discuss the ability of clinical medical students to be qualified for professional posts,and combine with national standards and school orientation,to clarify the training goal of clinical application-oriented talents in higher vocational education.Through the questionnaire survey on the ability of on-the-job doctors and the professional competence of graduates,the paper analyzes the integration of the core competence and the index points of clinical medical graduation requirements in higher vocational colleges,constructs the goal of clinical medical competence in higher vocational colleges,and clears each course and graduation requirements of the core competencies and indicators of the mapping relationship,hoping to achieve the goal of 4321 curriculum system.
