德育导师对警校大学生思想引领的路径探析——基于涂尔干道德教育思想的思考

摘  要:在便捷入警机制背景下,警校大学生作为预备警官,其思想素质不仅表现为个人素质,也与未来人民警察队伍的整体素质息息相关。警察院校高度重视思想政治教育工作,选聘德育导师,并充分发挥德育导师的角色优势、知识优势,助力警校大学生的思想建设。基于对社会学家涂尔干道德教育思想的思考,认为德育导师可从提高自身素质、培养纪律精神、培育班级荣誉感、培养自主与自决能力等入手对警校大学生进行思想引领,以期培养有理想、敢担当、能吃苦、肯奋斗的新时代预备警官。Under the mechanism of convenient police enrollment,the public security college students as reserve police officers,their ideological quality is not only personal quality,but also closely related to the overall quality of the future people’s police force.Public security colleges attach importance to the ideological and political education,recruit moral educators,leverage their role and knowledge advantages to assist the ideological construction of the students.Based on the research on sociologist Durkheim’s moral education thought,moral educators can improve their own quality,cultivate the spirit of discipline,cultivate the sense of class honor,and cultivate the ability of autonomy to train the new era reserve police officers who have ideals,dare to take responsibility,can bear hardships and are willing to struggle.
