摘  要:城市基础设施建设中医疗卫生、固废处理等市政服务设施可能引起负外部性邻避效应。邻避设施对周边住宅价格的影响亟待深入讨论。本文以昆明市为例,基于昆明市19个三甲医院周边5km范围内小区的2726个住宅二手房数据,将医院作为邻避设施引入Hedonic模型进行拟合分析,并结合边际价格分析医院设施对周边住宅价格的影响。At present,with China's infrastructure construction,a number of municipal service facilities such as medical and health care and solid waste treatment also brought negative externalities.Therefore,the impact of NIMBY facilities on the price of surrounding housing needs to be discussed in depth.Taking Kunming as an example,based on the unit price data of 2726 residential second-hand houses in 332 communities within 5km of 19 third-class hospitals in Kunming,the hospital is introduced into the Hedonic model as a NIMBY facility for fitting analysis,and the impact of hospital facilities on the surrounding residential price is analyzed by combining marginal prices.
