摘 要:目的研究临床先导(OTD)教学法结合团队学习(TBL)教学法用于内外科疾病康复学教学改革的效果。方法以2017级康复治疗学专业一班学生为对照组,采用传统的讲授式教学法(LBL)灌输式教学;二班为实验组,采用OTD结合TBL教学法构建内外科疾病慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)康复病例数据库,尽可能反映患者康复诊断、康复评级、康复治疗以及预后转归等全过程。观察两组课程理论、实践成绩和调查问卷情况,评价教学效果。结果实验组的理论考试成绩和病案分析题成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且实验组学生对教学效果的评价总分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论OTD结合TBL教学法能更好地提高学生综合分析病案的能力及学习能力,提升学习兴趣,促进师生交流,是一种更加高效的教学方法,具有较好的教学改革效果。Objective To study the effect of observation teaching discussion(OTD)combined with team-based learning(TBL)teaching method on the teaching reform of rehabilitation of internal and surgical diseases,and to explore the efficient teaching method.Methods The students of Class 1 of rehabilitation therapy major in Grade 2017 were selected as the control group,and the traditional teaching method of lecturing(LBL)was adopted.Class 2 was the experimental group.OTD combined with TBL teaching method was used to construct the rehabilitation case database of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in medicine and surgery,reflecting the whole process of rehabilitation diagnosis,rehabilitation rating,rehabilitation treatment and prognosis of patients as far as possible.The teaching effect was evaluated by observing the theory,practice and questionnaire of the two groups.Results The test scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01),and the total scores of students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion OTD combined with TBL teaching method can better improve the ability of comprehensive analysis of medical records,students’interest in learning,promote the communication between teachers and students,and improve students’learning ability,which is a more efficient teaching method with better teaching reform effect.
