基于OBE以学生执业能力提升为导向的针灸实践操作视频案例库建设

摘　　要：文章基于OBE理念,以提升学生执业能力为导向,从梳理双大纲知识点、制作刺灸方法操作步骤及流程图、拍摄针灸实践操作以及临床运用的图片视频等方面,进行了中医执业医师实践技能考试之针灸实践操作视频案例库的建设,以期能加深学生对针灸技术临床运用的认识,实现学生综合素质和动手能力的提高,为其将来参加执业医师资格考试夯实基础,真正实现考试通过率与临床技能的稳步双提高。Based on the concept of OBE and guided by the improvement of students’practice ability,the author constructed the acupuncture practice operation video case base for the practice skill examination of TCM practitioners from the aspects of combing the double outline knowledge points,making the operation steps and flow charts of acupuncture and moxibustion methods,shooting pictures and videos of acupuncture practice operation and clinical application,etc.,in order to deepen students’understanding of the clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion technology,to realize the improvement of students’comprehensive quality and practical ability,lay a solid foundation for participating in the medical practitioner qualification examination in the future,and truly realize the steady improvement of both the passing rate and clinical skills.
