基于三全育人的中药学本科生就业发展现状与提升途径研究——以承德医学院为例

摘  要:在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情影响下,就业岗位数量减少,中药学专业本科生就业形势日益严峻。但在国家政策支持下,新时代中医药行业仍然具有广阔的就业发展前景。为落实立德树人根本任务,培养高素质中药行业应用型人才,促进中药学发展和本科生就业,此文以承德医学院为例,通过调查2020—2022届中药学专业毕业生的就业发展和本科在读生求职意向等现状,基于三全育人对中药学本科生的发展及提升途径进行系统和针对性分析,并给出相应的对策及建议。Under the influence of COVID-19,the employment situation of undergraduates majoring in Chinese materia medica is growing serious due to the decrease of employment positions.However,with the support of national policies,traditional Chinese medicine industry in the new era still has broad employment development prospects.In order to implement the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality,cultivate high-quality applied talents in the traditional Chinese medicine industry,and promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine and the employment of undergraduates.Taking Chengde Medical University as an example,this paper investigated the employment status of graduates majoring in traditional Chinese medicine from Grade 2020 to Grade 2022 and the employment intention of undergraduates.Based on the three-wide education,this paper made a systematic and targeted analysis of the development and promotion of undergraduates majoring in traditional Chinese medicine and gave corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
