摘  要:新时代我国基础教育评价作为教育改革的重要组成部分,具有其内在发展的历史逻辑、政治逻辑、理论逻辑和实践逻辑。其中,历史逻辑以我国考试文化历史沿革的方式表征;政治逻辑以呼应“为谁培养人,培养什么人,怎么培养人”这一时代命题的方式表征;理论逻辑以“根植于本土+借鉴于外来”的“双向互动”的方式表征;实践逻辑以“评价理念+评价大数据+评价技术”的“三轴驱动”的方式表征。新时代我国基础教育评价是伴随教育部颁行的一系列教育评价政策推进发展的,在发展进程中逐步形成秉赋中国气质的基本经验和发展规律,成为实现中国式教育现代化的重要助推剂。In the new era,as an important part of educational reform,Chinese basic education evaluation has its internal development of historical logic,political logic,theoretical logic and practical logic.Among them,the historical logic is represented by the way of the historical evolution of Chinese examination culture.The political logic is represented by the way of echoing the proposition of the times“for whom to cultivate people,who to cultivate people,and how to cultivate people”.Theoretical logic is represented by the“two-way interaction”of“rooted in the local+learning from the foreign”.Practical logic is characterized by the“three-axis drive”of“evaluation idea+evaluation big data+evaluation technology”.The evaluation of Chinese basic education in the new era has been promoted with the development of a series of educational evaluation policies issued by the Ministry of Education.In the process of development,the basic experience and development law endowed with Chinese temperament have been gradually formed,and it has become an important booster to realize the modernization of Chinese education.
