摘  要:设计了一种基于掘进工作面的管路瓦斯抽采浓度检测系统。检测系统由地面主控制器+井下从控制器、地面主显示系统+井下从显示系统组成,控制器间、控制器与显示系统间以CAN总线通信完成数据交互;检测系统以电磁闸阀为执行机构,采用软件算法能够自动寻找最佳瓦斯抽采浓度并实现对瓦斯浓度的自动调控;检测系统经组态技术实现对运行状态的实时监控。最后在官地矿15151掘进工作面完成试验与分析。分析结果表明,该检测系统能够实时、精确地检测瓦斯抽采管路浓度,验证了系统的准确性和实用性。A pipeline gas extraction concentration detection system based on the driving face was designed.The detection system consists of a ground master controller+underground slave controller,a ground master display system+underground slave display system.The data exchange between controllers and between controllers and display system were completed by CAN communication.The detection system used the electromagnetic gate valve as the actuator,and the software algorithm can automatically find the optimal gas extraction concentration and realize the automatic control of gas concentration.The detection system realized real-time monitoring of running state through configuration technology.Finally,the test and analysis were completed in 15151 driving face of Guandi Coal Mine.The analysis results show that the detection system can detect the concentration of gas extraction pipeline in real time and accurately,which verifies the accuracy and practicability of the system.
