摘  要:目的探讨案例联合问题导向教学对药学实习生核心能力的影响。方法选取郑州大学第一附属医院2021年5月至2023年5月216名药学实习生,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各108名。对照组接受传统教学模式,研究组接受案例联合问题导向教学模式。比较两组考核成绩、核心能力、自主学习能力[中文版自我导向学习评定量表(SRSSDL)]、批判性思维能力[中文版批判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)]及教学满意度。结果研究组药学实习生的理论知识、实践技能成绩及考核总成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);实习后研究组SRSSDL、CTDI-CV各维度评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组药学实习生的教学方式、教学水平、课堂管理能力评分及教学满意度总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论案例联合问题导向教学可提升药学实习生考核成绩,增强其核心能力、批判性思维及自主学习能力,提升教学满意度。Objective To explore the impact of case-based joint problem-oriented teaching on the core competencies of pharmacy interns.Methods A total of 216 pharmacy interns from the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 108 interns in each group.The control group was given the traditional teaching mode,while the research group was given the case-based problem-oriented teaching mode.The assessment results,core competencies,self-learning ability[self-rating scale of self-directed learning(SRSSDL)],critical thinking ability[Chinese version of critical thinking disposition inventory(CTDI-CV)]and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical knowledge,practical skills,and overall assessment scores of the pharmaceutical interns in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After internship,the scores of each dimension and the total score of SRSSDL and CTDI-CV in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The teaching methods,teaching level,classroom management ability scores,and overall satisfaction scores of the pharmaceutical interns in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Case-based,problem-oriented teaching can improve the assessment scores of pharmacy interns,enhance their core competencies,critical thinking,and self-learning abilities,and increase teaching satisfaction.
