摘　　要：【目的】RV减速机是工业机器人的核心零部件之一,其结构复杂、设计过程烦琐,故特对RV减速机部分设计环节进行参数化设计,以缩短RV减速机的设计周期。【方法】在RV减速机结构分析的基础上,以某厂生产的RV-110E型减速机为例,根据配齿计算所需的五个条件及齿轮强度校核的相关计算公式与原理,通过VB.NET编程语言在Visual Studio软件内完成对RV减速机配齿计算的程序设计和对RV减速机齿轮强度校核的程序。【结果】通过配齿计算可得到多组可靠的配齿齿数结果。之后,为验证配齿计算所得到的齿轮强度可靠性,又设计出一套可以对齿轮进行强度校核的程序。【结论】结果证明了该程序设计的合理性与必要性,可大幅缩减RV减速机的设计周期。[Purposes]RV reducer is one of the core components of industrial robots,but its design process is cumbersome due to its complex structure.Therefore,it is specially parameterized for some of the design links of RV reducer to achieve the purpose of shortening the design cycle of RV reducer.[Methods]In this paper,on the basis of the structural analysis of the RV reducer,taking the RV-110E reducer produced by a certain factory as an example,according to the five conditions required for the gearing calculation and the relevant formulae and principles of the gear strength calibration,we complete the program design of the gearing calculation of the RV reducer as well as the gear strength calibration program of the RV reducer by using the programming language of VB.NET in the Visual Studio software.NET programming language to complete the program design of RV gearbox gearing calculation and strength checking program of RV gearbox.[Findings]Through the gearing calculation,several sets of reliable results of gearing number can be obtained.After that,in order to verify the reliability of the strength of the gears obtained from the gearing calculation,a program was designed to check the strength of the gears.[Conclusions]The results prove the rationality and necessity of the program design,which can greatly improve the design speed of RV gearboxes.
