“双高计划”下高职体育教师创新团队的社会服务功能研究

摘　　要：“双高计划”旨在推动中国特色高水平专业群建设,要求高职体育教师创新团队积极履行社会服务使命,为高职体育教育的发展贡献力量。该文通过介绍“双高计划”的内涵,讨论高职院校体育教师的职业特点,分析“双高计划”下高职体育教师创新团队的社会服务使命,指出当前高职院校体育教师创新团队社会服务能力的困境,最后研究新时期高职院校体育教师创新团队社会服务功能的拓展路径。The"Double-High Plan"aims to promote the construction of high-level professional groups with Chinese characteristics,and requires the innovation team of higher vocational PE teachers to actively fulfill the mission of social service and contribute to the development of higher vocational physical education.In this paper,it introduces the connotation of the"Double-High Plan",discusses the professional characteristics of PE teachers in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the social service mission of the innovation team of higher vocational physical education teachers under the"Double-High Plan",points out the dilemma of the social service ability of the innovation team of PE teachers in higher vocational colleges,and finally studies the expansion path of the social service function of the innovation team of PE teachers in higher vocational colleges in the new era.
