民办幼儿教师职业倦怠现状问题与对策探析

摘  要:教师职业倦怠是指教师在长期工作压力下所产生的身心疲劳综合征,既影响教师工作热情、教学质量,也严重影响幼儿一日学习活动。民办幼儿教师产生职业倦怠的外在因素包括社会认可地位和经济收入低、提升空间受限等,内在因素包括幼儿教师职业特殊性和教师主观意识差。应主要从园所内部管理和社会层面支持两方面努力提高教师待遇与收入,减弱或消除职业倦怠带来的消极影响,积极创建和谐友爱的园所氛围。Teachers’job burnout refers to the physical and mental fatigue syndrome caused under long-term work pressure.It is an important reason that affects teachers’work enthusiasm and teaching quality,and also seri⁃ously affects children’s daily learning activities.The external factors that affect the job burnout of private pre⁃school teachers include social recognition status,low economic income and limited promotion space,while the in⁃ternal factors include professional particularity and poor subjective awareness of preschool teachers.In order to al⁃leviate teachers’job burnout and enhance their professional happiness,we should support the internal manage⁃ment and social aspects of the kindergarten to improve teachers’salary and income,weaken or eliminate the nega⁃tive impact of job burnout,and actively create a harmonious and loving atmosphere in the kindergarten.
