摘　　要：该文在乡村振兴战略的大背景下,深入探讨新型职业农民的培育路径。研究指出,随着城乡发展的深度融合,传统农业向现代农业转型的关键在于培养一支具备现代农业知识和技能的新型职业农民队伍。该文论述新型职业农民培育的必要性,分析当前新型职业农民培育的现状、问题及原因,从政策引导与支持、教育培训与技能提升、实践锻炼与经验积累、组织管理和服务保障等方面提出新型职业农民培育的具体路径。In the context of the strategy of rural revitalization,this paper deeply discusses the cultivation path of new professional farmers.The study points out that with the deep integration of urban and rural development,the key to the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture is to cultivate a new type of professional farmers with modern agricultural knowledge and skills.This paper discusses the necessity of cultivating new-type professional farmers,and analyzes the current situation,problems and causes of the cultivation of new-type professional farmers.This paper puts forward the concrete path of cultivating new professional farmers from four aspects:policy guidance and support,education and training and skill upgrading,practical training and experience accumulation,organization and management and service guarantee.
