摘  要:研究数字化转型对农业事业单位人才管理的影响,提出相应的创新策略。通过深入分析数字化转型在农业领域中的应用,揭示人才管理所面临的新挑战与机遇。针对农业事业单位在招聘、培训和绩效管理等方面的具体需求,提出一系列创新模式,包括智能化选拔、在线培训及基于大数据的绩效评估方法。探讨在科学管理人才的过程中平衡个体隐私与信息安全的重要性,旨在帮助单位更好地适应数字化时代的需求。对数字化时代人才管理的未来发展方向进行展望,从而为相关领域的持续创新和发展提供参考。To study the effect of digital transformation on talent management in agricultural institutions,and propose corresponding innovative strategies.By conducting an in-depth analysis of the application of digital transformation in the agricultural field,this paper reveals new challenges and opportunities faced by talent management.According to the specific needs in recruitment,training,and performance management for agricultural institutions,it proposes a series of innovative models,including intelligent selection processes,online training programs,and performance evaluation methods based on big data.It discusses the importance of balancing individual privacy and information security in the process of scientific management talents,aiming to help units better adapt to the needs of the digital age.It also looks forward to the directions for talent management in the digital age,and provides a reference for continuous innovation and development within related fields."
