摘 要:机械基础是食品科学与工程专业重要的基础课,对食品专业工科课程教学起到支撑作用,是工程教育人才培养中的关键环节。以提高机械基础的教学质量为目的,提出基于工程认证导向的“5E”教学模式,通过探究(exploration)、吸引(engagement)、解释(explanation)、评价(evaluation)和迁移(elaboration)5个方法,同时借助雨课堂在线教学平台将教学过程分为课前、课中和课后3个部分,可提升学生的知识理解能力,提高教学质量,优化教学效果,并为提高食品专业院校机械基础课程的教学水平提供参考。"Mechanical Basics"is an important foundational course for the Food Science and Engineering major,playing a supporting role in the teaching of engineering courses for food professionals,and is a key link in the talent training of engineering education.The study aims to improve the teaching quality of the"Mechanical Basics"course,proposing a"5E"teaching model based on the engineering certification orientation.Through exploration,engagement,explanation,evaluation,and elaboration,and with the help of the Rain Classroom online teaching platform,the teaching process is divided into three parts:Pre-class,in-class,and post-class,which helps to enhance students'understanding of knowledge,improve teaching quality,optimize teaching outcomes,and provide a reference for improving the teaching level of the"Mechanical Basics"course in food professional colleges.
