摘  要:为推动亚太地区学前教育转型发展,2023年联合国教育、科学及文化组织发布《亚太地区学前教育报告:成就、挑战与机遇》。该报告介绍了亚太地区幼儿保育教育生态系统和学前教育领域所取得的成就,探讨了该地区学前教育发展面临的机遇和挑战,绘制了亚太地区学前教育转型发展的“路线图”。该报告对我国具有以下启示:深化对学前教育意义的认识,加大学前教育投入;实施多方联动,努力提升学前教育治理水平;提升保育教育质量,稳步推进学前教育公平;加强科学研究,夯实学前教育发展的理论基础。In order to promote the transformation and development of early childhood care and education(ECCE)in the Asia-Pacific region,UNESCO issued Regional Report for Asia Pacific Education starts early:Progress,challenges and opportunities in 2023.The report introduces the ecosystem of early childhood care and education in the Asia-Pacific region as well as the achievements made in ECCE in this region.It also explores the opportunities and challenges faced by the development of ECCE in the Asia-Pacific region.Fi⁃nally,it draws a roadmap for the transformation of ECCE in this region.This report brings us enlightenment in the following aspects:the understanding of the significance of ECCE should be deepened and the investment in ECEC should be increased;the governance of ECCE in China should be further improved by implementing multi-party coordination;the quality of and equity in ECCE should be im⁃proved;and scientific research in ECCE should be strengthened to solidify the theoretical foundation for its development.
