摘 要:文中针对起重机械吊装作业安全事故多发的问题,研究一种起重机械吊装作业区域安全态势感知技术。该技术通过可见光相机与红外相机搭建的双目立体视觉系统对起重机械工作区域进行实时监测。通过YOLOv8目标检测算法对吊物以及监测范围内的人员进行目标识别;然后采用异源数据双目立体视觉定位技术对目标的位置、形状尺寸进行确认,并根据目标的位置、形状信息搭建起重机械吊装作业实时危险区域电子围栏,当有人员进入危险区域时可及时预警操作者或管理人员以提前应对各类突发状况,减少安全事故的发生。In this paper,considering the frequent safety accidents in hoisting operation of hoisting machinery,a safety situation awareness technology for hoisting operation area of hoisting machinery is studied.By adopting this technology,real-time monitoring of the operating area of hoisting machinery can be realized through the binocular stereo vision system built by visible light camera and infrared camera.The YOLOv8 target detection algorithm was used to identify the hanging objects and people in the monitoring range.Then,the position,shape and size of the target were confirmed by binocular stereo vision positioning technology with heterogeneous data,and the real-time electronic fence in the dangerous area of hoisting operation of hoisting machinery was built according to the position and shape information of the target.Once a person enters the dangerous area,the operator or manager can be immediately informed,so as to deal with all kinds of emergencies in advance and avoid safety accidents.
