正畸疗法联合口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨正畸疗法联合口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙患者的临床效果。方法选取我院2020年12月至2022年12月收治的62例先天性缺牙患者随机分为两组,参照组接受口腔修复治疗,联合组接受正畸疗法+口腔修复治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、不良情绪、发音功能以及口腔功能。结论联合组的治疗总有效率为96.77%,明显高于参照组的74.19%(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月,联合组的SAS、SDS评分均明显低于参照组,发音及口腔功能评分均明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论正畸疗法联合口腔修复可有效缓解先天性缺牙患者的不良情绪,提高患者的发音功能、口腔功能,具有显著的治疗效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of orthodontic therapy combined with oral repair in the treatment of patients with congenital missing teeth.Methods 62 patients with congenital missing teeth admitted to our hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The reference group was treated with oral repair,and the combined group was treated with orthodontic therapy+oral repair.The clinical efficacy,negative emotions,pronunciation function and oral function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 96.77%,significantly higher than 74.19%in the reference group(P<0.05).One month after treatment,the SAS score and SDS score in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the reference group,and the pronunciation function score and oral function score were significantly higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Orthodontic therapy combined with oral repair can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients with congenital missing teeth,improve patients pronunciation function and oral function,and has significant treatment effect.
