摘  要:本文针对土豆粉铝元素测定中存在的基体效应、铝元素损失和谱线干扰等技术难点进行了系统分析,重点探讨了基体匹配校准曲线的建立、微波消解条件的优化以及多元素同时测定技术的应用等解决策略。研究表明,通过合理优化样品前处理方法、建立基体匹配校准曲线、引入内标校正和化学计量学方法,可有效克服土豆粉复杂基质带来的干扰,显著提高铝元素测定的灵敏度和准确度。This article systematically analyzes the technical difficulties in the determination of aluminum elements in potato flour,such as matrix effect,aluminum loss,and spectral line interference.The focus is on exploring the establishment of matrix matching calibration curves,optimization of microwave digestion conditions,and the application of multi element simultaneous determination technology.Research shows that by optimizing sample pretreatment methods,establishing matrix matching calibration curves,introducing internal standard calibration and chemometric methods,the interference caused by the complex matrix of potato flour can be effectively overcome,and the sensitivity and accuracy of aluminum element determination can be significantly improved.
