摘 要:农药残留是影响农产品质量安全的重要隐患。本文概述了农产品中常用的农药残留检测方法,重点分析了气相色谱-质谱联用和液相色谱-串联质谱技术的应用及存在的问题。针对检测设备精度不足、样本处理技术有待改进、检测标准适用性不强等难题,提出了优化色谱-质谱联用参数、创新样本萃取方案、健全农药残留限量标准动态修订机制等对策,以期为提升农药残留检测水平、确保农产品质量安全提供参考。Pesticide residues are an important hidden danger that affects the quality and safety of agricultural products.This article provides an overview of commonly used pesticide residue detection methods in agricultural products,and focus on the application and existing problems of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technologies.In response to the problems of insufficient accuracy of detection equipment,need for improvement in sample processing technology,and weak applicability of detection standards,countermeasures are put forward,such as optimizing the parameters of chromatography-mass spectrometry,innovating sample extraction schemes,and improving the dynamic revision mechanism of pesticide residue limit standards,in order to provide reference for improving the level of pesticide residue detection and ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products.
