摘  要:高职院校开展中外合作办学在提升教育国际化水平和培养全球竞争力人才方面具有重要作用,但存在教师资源稀缺、跨文化交流不足、经费来源有限等问题。为提高中外办学质量,教育部门和高职院校,必须通过完善政策法规、引进优质外方师资、建立长效管理机制及重视本土化师资培养等一系列优化发展策略来解决现有问题,确保高职院校中外合作办学项目的可持续发展,推动高职教育向国际化和现代化转型。The implementation of Sino-foreign cooperative education in higher vocational colleges plays a crucial role in enhancing the level of internationalization of education and cultivating talents with global competitiveness.However,there are challenges in faculty development,such as the scarcity of high-quality faculty resources,insufficient cross-cultural communication,and limited funding sources.To address these challenges,it is essential to resolve existing issues through a series of optimized development strategies,including improving policies and regulations,introducing high-quality foreign faculty,establishing long-term management mechanisms,and focusing on the localization of faculty training.This ensures the sustainable development of Sino-foreign cooperative education programs in higher vocational colleges,thereby promoting the internationalization and modernization of higher vocational education.
