在线教学的课堂组织与教学方式研究——以《产业与产业经济》课程为例

摘　　要：随着在线教育技术手段和平台功能越来越丰富,政府不断加大对在线教育行业的支持力度,以及人们对终身学习的需求不断增加,在线教育发展势头良好。文章以《产业与产业经济》课程为例,针对在线教学“平台+工具”教学模式如何选择、异位散布式的课堂组织结构如何构建以及“见屏如面”虚拟班级精准教学方式如何设计三个现实问题,提出从构建中国大学MOOC、慕课堂和QQ群三结合的“一平两端”教学模式,搭建“PDCA”交互式课堂组织结构以及实现基于慕课堂班级虚拟共同体的精准教学方式三方面探究在线教学的课堂组织和教学方式,最终取得较好的实践效果。为其它课程的在线教学提供有益指导。With the increasingly rich technical means and platform functions of online education,the government's increasing support for the online education industry,and people's increasing demand for lifelong learning,online education possesses a good momentum of development.This paper takes the course〈Industry and Industrial Economy〉as an example,aiming at three practical problems:How to choose the teaching mode of"platform+tool"for online teaching,how to construct the organization structure of the ectopic distributed class,and how to design the precision teaching mode of the"screen-like"virtual class.This paper proposes to explore the classroom organization and teaching methods of online teaching from three aspects:Constructing the"one platform and two ends"teaching mode combining with MOOC,MOOC class and QQ group in Chinese universities,building the"PDCA"interactive classroom organization structure and realizing the precision teaching method based on MOOC class virtual community.Finally,a good practical results have been obtained.It provides an useful guidance for online teaching of other courses.
