不同热处理条件下橡胶木淀粉含量与抗蠹虫性能关系研究

摘  要:为克服橡胶木易发生蠹虫危害的缺陷,采用不同热处理温度(90、120、150℃和180℃)和不同热处理时间(2、4 h和6 h)对橡胶木进行热处理,利用分光光度计考察不同温度和时间条件下热处理橡胶木中的淀粉含量变化,并分析蠹虫对橡胶木的蛀蚀程度与淀粉含量之间的关系。结果表明:热处理温度和处理时间对橡胶木中的淀粉含量有显著影响,且随着热处理温度的升高和热处理时间的延长,淀粉含量逐渐下降,从12.79%降至1.25%。在橡胶木抗蠹虫试验中,热改性处理后橡胶木的抗蠹虫效果均优于对照材,且橡胶木淀粉含量越低,其抗蠹虫效果越好。在实际生产过程中,在120℃下处理6 h为生产热处理橡胶木的优化条件,既能刚好维持橡胶木抗蠹虫的最低要求,也能降低热处理过程中木材强度的损失。In order to overcome the defects of rubber wood susceptible to pests,the rubber wood was heat modified under different heat treatment temperatures(90,120,150℃and 180℃)and different heat treatment times(2,4 h and 6 h)in this paper.The influence of heat treatment process on starch content in rubber wood was systematically studied,while the effect of the starch content of thermal modified rubber wood on anti-beetle performance was also investigated.The results showed that within the experimental range,the heat treatment temperature and time had significant effect on the starch content of the thermal modified rubber wood.With the increasing of heat treatment temperature and duration,the starch content of thermal treated rubber wood decreased continuously from 12.79%to 1.25%.Moreover,in the rubber wood anti-beetle prevention experiment,the anti-beetle effect of rubber wood under different heat treatment processes were compared.During the actual production process,the optimal conditions for producing heat treated rubber wood were heat treatment temperature at 120℃and heat treatment time of 6 h.It can not only maintain the minimum requirement for rubber wood to resist beetles,but also reduced the loss of wood strength during heat treatment.
