摘  要:师范类专业认证以“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”为基本理念,以课程教学为中心,突出学生的主体地位,重在学生专业技能的培养,为师范生更好适应行业发展新环境及提升就业发展竞争力提供充分的教育保障。通过对师范认证理念在高校英语师范生核心素养培养方面的应用优势分析,探究高校英语师范生核心素养培养基础内涵,进一步围绕高校英语师范生核心素养培养制定策略,提升师范认证理念在高校英语师范生核心素养教育培养方面的应用质量。With the basic concept of"student-centered,output-oriented and continuous improvement",and centered on curriculum teaching,the teacher's professional certification highlights the principal position of students and focuses on the cultivation of students'professional skills,so as to provide adequate educational guarantee for normal students to better adapt to the new environment of industry development and enhance the competitiveness of employment development.Through the analysis of the application advantages of the concept of teacher certification in the core literacy training of college English normal students,the basic connotation of the core literacy training of college English normal students is explored,and the application quality of the concept of teacher certification in the core literacy education and training of college English normal students is further improved around the formulation of core literacy training strategies.
