摘 要:自20世纪50年代起,在工业污染问题日益严峻、消费主义盛行和国际环境教育不断发展的历史背景下,日本开始实施培养国民垃圾分类意识、相关知识和技能的公民教育,推动垃圾分类。日本通过制定相关法律和教育方针,采取全面融入教育科目、运用体系化的环境知识、联合家庭及社会力量并兼顾国际视野的课程模式,切实推进学校垃圾分类教育。日本学校垃圾分类教育呈现实践性、全民普及化、法制化、体系化和国际化特点,积极应对不同历史阶段的垃圾分类问题,旨在带动全民垃圾分类,促进环境保护、资源循环利用以及人与环境的和谐共生,维护社会和经济的可持续发展。Since the 1950s,under the background of increasingly severe industrial pollution,the prevalence of consumerism,and the continuous development of international environmental education,Japan has begun to implement citizenship education that can cultivate national awareness,knowledge,and skills in garbage classification to promote garbage classification.Japan has effectively promoted school garbage classification education by formulating relevant laws and educational guidelines,adopting a curriculum model that integrates garbage classification education into all subjects,applies systematic environmental knowledge,unites family and social forces,and takes account of international perspectives.Japanese school garbage classification education presents practical,universal,legal,systematic,and international characteristics,actively addressing garbage classification issues in different historical stages,aiming to promote national garbage classification,promote environmental protection,resource recycling,and harmonious coexistence between people and the environment,and maintain sustainable social and economic development.
