摘 要:目的 依托“互联网+教育”融合教学手段的不断更新与发展,构建基于知识图谱的“四维”《内科护理学》智慧服务体系,并进行可用性预测试。方法 2023年3月-2024年2月,基于建构主义学习理论、教学体系设计模型,以及知识图谱的构建方法,构建了基于知识图谱的“四维”《内科护理学》智慧服务体系,即“课程目标层+基础知识层+问题体系层+教学资源层”。采用《健康信息技术可用性评估量表》进行基于知识图谱的“四维”《内科护理学》智慧服务体系的可用性预测试。结果 基于知识图谱的“八步”构建法完成了《内科护理学》智慧服务体系的构建,主要包含血液系统疾病、内分泌与代谢疾病、风湿性疾病、神经系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、循环系统疾病、消化系统疾病和泌尿系统疾病。可用性预试验中的工作生活质量、感知有用性、感知易用性和用户控制4个维度的条目平均分分别为(4.57±0.46)分、(4.48±0.44)分、(4.29±0.62)分、(4.16±0.62)分。结论 基于知识图谱的“四维”《内科护理学》智慧服务体系具有一定的科学性和可用性,可为护理教育工作者构建医学知识图谱提供在线教育学习工具和方法学参考。Objective To construct an "four-dimensional" Internal Medicine Nursing intelligent service system based on a knowledge graph with the continuous update and development of the internet plus education,and to conduct a usability pre-test.Methods From March 2023 to February 2024.Based on constructivism learning theory,teaching system design model and knowledge graph construction method,a "four-dimensional" Internal Medicine Nursing intelligent service system of Internal Medicine Nursing based on knowledge graph was constructed,that is,"curriculum objective layer + basic knowledge layer + problem system layer + teaching resource layer".Using the Health Information Technology Usability Assessment Scale,the usability pretest of the "four-dimensional" Internal Medicine Nursing intelligent service system based on knowledge graph was carried out.Results The "eight-step" construction method based on knowledge graph completed the construction of the intelligent service system of Internal Medicine Nursing,which mainly included blood system diseases,endocrine and metabolic diseases,rheumatic diseases,nervous system diseases,respiratory system diseases,circulatory system diseases,digestive system diseases and urinary system diseases.The average scores of the four dimensions of quality of work life,perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use and user control in the usability pre-test were(4.57±0.46)points,(4.48±0.44)points,(4.29±0.62)points,(4.16±0.62)points,respectively.Conclusion The "four-dimensional" intelligent service system of Internal Medicine Nursing based on knowledge graph is scientific and usable,and can provide online educational learning tools and methodological reference for nursing educators to construct medical knowledge graph.
