摘  要:目的以参加军事职业教育的海军人员和在校医科大学生为例,比较职业教育和院校教育类型学习者的学习动机。方法分别以整群抽样和方便抽样为原则,运用学习动机简易评定量表,选取我国7个行政区域中11所医学院校在校大学生和海军范围内参加军事职业教育的人员作为调查对象,分别发放问卷20000、6000份,有效回收问卷17460份(有效回收率为87.3%)、4837份(有效回收率为80.6%)。以年龄相仿为原则,分别比较在校生和战士、低年级学生和义务兵、高年级学生和一期士官的总体学习动机强度及评分情况。结果在校生和战士总体、低年级在校生和义务兵、高年级学生和一期士官的学习动机均以中等为主,分别占比63.07%、63.01%、63.16%。在校生与战士比较:在校生与战士总体学习动机强度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同性别在校生和海军人员的学习动机比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);战士学习动机水平高于在校生,男性学习动机水平高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。低年级学生与义务兵比较:低年级学生与义务兵的学习动机强度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同性别低年级学生和义务兵的学习动机强度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);义务兵的学习动机水平高于低年级学生,男性的学习动机水平高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高年级学生与一期士官比较:高年级学生和一期士官的学习动机强度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同性别高年级学生与一期士官的学习动机强度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);一期士官的学习动机水平高于高年级学生,男性的学习动机水平高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论职业教育和院校教育两种类型学习者的学习动机均以中等为主,职业教育学习者的学习动机水平高于院校教育学生的动机水平,提高学习者动机水平,可促进教�Objective Taking naval personnel and medical college students who participate in military vocational education as an example,the learning motivation of vocational education and college education learners is compared.Methods Based on the principle of cluster sampling and convenient sampling respectively,by using the simple assessment scale of learning motivation,students from 11 medical colleges and universities in 7 administrative regions of China and personnel participating in military continuing education in the Navy were investigated.20000 and 6000 ques-tionnaires were distributed respectively,among which 17460(87.3%of effective recovery rate)and 4837(80.6%of effective recovery rate)valid ones were collected.Based on the principle of age similarity,the overall learning motivation intensity and score of students and soldiers,junior stu-dents and conscripts,senior students and first-stage petty officers were compared respectively.Results The learning motivations of students and sol-diers as a whole,junior students and conscripts,senior students and non-commissioned officers are all mainly moderate,accounting for 63.07%,63.01%,and 63.16%respectively.In the comparison between students and soldiers:it showed statistical difference in the overall learning motivation intensity between students and soldiers(P<0.05),there were statistically significant differences in learning motivation between students of different genders and naval personnel(P<0.05);the learning motivation level of soldiers is higher than that of students,and that of males is higher than that of females,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In the comparison between junior students and conscripts:it showed statistical difference in the learning motivation intensity between students and soldiers(P<0.05),and there were statistically significant differences in learning motivation be-tween students of different genders and naval personnel(P<0.05);the learning motivation level of conscripts is higher than that of junior students,and that of males is highe
