文本分类理论指导下李大钊纪念馆与故居公示语英译研究

摘　　要：以德国功能翻译学派的文本分类理论为指导,分析李大钊纪念馆与故居公示语英译过程中的问题,提出公示语翻译策略:对于信息型和感染型功能同样突出的文本,一般优先传递信息;对于信息型和表情型功能同样突出的文本,应以信息优先,一定程度上也能兼顾表情功能;对于表情型和感染型功能同样突出的文本,一般优先实现感染功能。The German functionalist school’s text typology theory is applied to analyze the problems of the English translation of the public signs at the Memorial Hall and the former residence of Li Dazhao,who was one of the founders of the Chinese Communist Party.Strategies for translating public signs are proposed as follows:in translating texts with equally important informative function and appellative function,priority should usually be given to the former;when informative function and expressive function are equally important,the former should be prioritized,while the latter should be achieved at varying degrees;when expressive and appellative functions are equally important,the latter should be prioritized.
