摘　　要：随着电路组装密度的不断提高和再流焊接技术的广泛应用,以及绿色组装、绿色网版印刷概念的兴起,SMT技术对焊膏也不断有新的要求,作为网版印刷技术中的漏版也具有了新的变化,激光切割的钢版或P1漏版以及以电化学方法生成的电铸钢(镍)版应时而出。With the continuous improvement of circuit assembly density and the wide application of reflow welding technology,as well as the rise of green assembly and green screen printing concept,SMT technology also continues to have new requirements for welding paste,as screen printing technology in the leakage plate also has new changes,laser cutting steel plate or P1 leakage plate and electrocast steel(nickel)plate generated by electrochemical method should be produced.
