摘　　要：民族院校肩负着为国家战略和民族团结进步事业培养人才的光荣使命。“网络空间安全”这一国家重大战略的实施,对民族院校网络空间安全专业人才培养提出了更高要求。本文分析了民族地区面临的“双高”标准网络空间安全专业人才招不到、留不住和留得住的培养难等突出问题。依据民族院校学情,提出坚定培养信念、做实“思政课程+课程思政”和实战型网络安全人才定位下的教学改革等解决思路。最后,结合西藏民族大学具体做法,并给出了课程思政全覆盖、加强安全思维培养的课程体系改革、强化实践实战的培养方案修订、本硕连读或订单式人才培养模式改革等具体措施和方案。Ethnic universities bear the glorious mission of cultivating talents for national strategies and the cause of ethnic unity and progress.The implementation of the major national strategy“cybersecurity”has raised higher requirements for talent training in cybersecurity majors at ethnic institutions.This paper analyzes the prominent issues in ethnic regions,such as the inability to recruit and retain“double-high”standard cybersecurity professionals and the difficulty in cultivation.Based on the learning situation in ethnic universities,it proposes solutions like strengthening cultivation beliefs,integrating“ideological and political education+curriculum ideology and politics,”and teaching reforms under the practical cybersecurity talent orientation.Finally,it presents specific measures and plans,such as comprehensive curriculum ideology coverage,curriculum system reform to enhance security thinking cultivation,revised training programs to strengthen practical combat,and reforms in undergraduate-postgraduate continuous study or tailored talent cultivation models,drawing on the practices of Tibet Minzu University.
