摘 要:为提高煤矿井下物料运输效率,设计了一种适应井下的小型运输车,对其井下越障性能进行分析。以垂直障碍物为例进行动力学分析,得出越过垂直障碍物能力与整车重心以及相关设计参数之间的关系,并基于动力学仿真软件RecurDyn对其进行越障性能分析。仿真结果表明,运输车能够平稳越过300 mm垂直障碍物和500 mm的沟壑,具有较好的越障性能。In order to improve the efficiency of mine underground material transportation,a small type transport vehicle was designed for underground,and its obstacle surmounting performance was analyzed.Taking the vertical obstacles as an example,dynamic analysis was carried out,and the relationship between the ability to cross vertical obstacles and the vehicle center of gravity and related design parameters were obtained.Based on the dynamic simulation software RecurDyn,the obstacle surmounting performance was analyzed.The simulation results show that the transport vehicle can cross the 300 mm vertical obstacles and the 500 mm gullies with smoothly,and has good obstacle surmounting performance.
