摘　　要：通过对高职财经商贸大类电子商务专业群的调研发现,企业在电商运营、客服、美工、新媒体营销等岗位人才需求中,对沟通、团队、抗压、责任担当等职业精神方面的需求突出,然而目前高职电子商务专业群人才培养却存在一些问题。因此,基于社会经济发展的需要,以及人的全面发展和终身教育的需求,以高职院校电子商务专业群的岗位需求为导向,针对目前学生职业精神方面的主要问题,提出四方协同、三个融合、一个档案和四个渠道的职业精神培养策略。Through a survey of the e-commerce professional group in the finance and commerce major of higher vocational education,it was found that enterprises have a prominent demand for professional spirit such as communication,teamwork,stress resistance,and responsibility in positions such as e-commerce operation,customer service,art,and new media marketing.However,there are currently some problems among the students in the e-commerce professional group in higher vocational education.Therefore,based on the needs of socialist economic development,as well as the comprehensive development of human beings and lifelong education,and guided by the job requirements of the e-commerce professional group in vocational colleges,the research group proposes a four party collaboration,three integrations,one archive,and four channels for cultivating students’professional spirit.
