摘　　要：目的通过调查分析了解某三甲医院对医学生实习阶段医学信息资源的利用现状。方法采用调查问卷和访谈了解影响医院实习医学生医学信息资源利的各种因素,通过定量与定性相结合的分析方法,明确实习医学生对信息资源的利用现状和需求。结果随着医学科技的高速发展,图书馆的传统文献资料已不能满足医学生获取信息的需求,通过互联网途径医学生更易获取广泛、丰富的文献资料和信息,但医学生普遍对如何从专业的数据库检索并获取信息资源的技能不足。结论医院图书馆可构建包括培训等在内的多样化符合教学医院医学信息资源利用的服务模式,提高医学生获得医学信息资源的能力。Objective Though investigation and analysis,the current situation of the utilization of medical information resources of medical students in the internship stage of a top three hospital was analyzed.Methods Through questionnaires and interviews,to know various factors affecting the medical information resources utilization of intern medical students in hospital,and quantitative and qualitative methods were adopted to clarify the current situation and needs of intern medical students in hospital.Results Various factors affecting the medical information resources utilization of intern medical students in hospital were analyzed by combining quantitative and qualitative methods to clarify the current situation and needs of intern medical students in hospital.Conclusions With the rapid development of medical science and technology,traditional literature materials in libraries can no longer meet the needs of medical students to obtain information.Medical students can easily obtain extensive and rich literature materials and information through the Internet,but medical students generally lack the skills of how to retrieve and obtain information resources from professional databases.
