摘　　要：新时代高等职业教育的一大特色是通过强化学生实践技能提升人才培养质量。随着国家对职业教育与产业融合的要求日益加强,各高职院校实践课时比例逐年增加,这给高职实验实训室建设与安全管理提出了更高的要求。但目前高职实验实训室建设与安全管理存在实验室管理队伍配备不足、培训体系不完善、实验室安全管理体系不规范、智能化安全防护设施不足、实验室信息化建设滞后等问题。针对这些问题,提出加强实验室人员队伍建设、强化安全培训体系及内容开发、建立实验室安全管理体系、建设智能化安全防护设施、运用数字化管理系统等优化路径,更好地保障高职实验实训教学的顺利进行。A major feature of higher vocational education in the new era is to cultivate talents by strengthening the improvement of students'practical skills.As the country's requirements for the integration of vocational education and industry intensify,the proportion of practical class hours in various vocational colleges is also increasing year by year,which brings some new problems and challenges to the construction and safety management of vocational experimental training labs.However,at present,there are some problems in the construction and safety management of higher vocational experimental training labs,such as insufficient laboratory management team,imperfect training system,nonstandard laboratory safety management system,insufficient intelligent safety protection facilities,and lagging laboratory information construction.Therefore,it is proposed to strengthen the construction of laboratory staff,strengthen the development of safety training system and content,establish laboratory safety management system,build intelligent safety protection facilities using the digital management system to optimize the path,we can better ensure the safety of experimental training teaching in higher vocational colleges.
