摘　　要：毒蘑菇中毒是我国食源性疾病中病死率最高的一类急症,已成为我国最严重的食品安全问题之一,目前对于导致横纹肌溶解的毒蘑菇报道较少。因此,本文对横纹肌溶解型毒蘑菇中毒相关文献进行综述,针对其中毒机制及治疗现状进行分析,以期为提高临床诊治水平提供帮助。Poisonous mushroom poisoning is a type of acute disease with the highest mortality rate among foodborne diseases in China.It has become one of the most serious food safety problems in China.Currently,there are few reports on mushrooms that cause rhabdomyolysis.Therefore,this article reviews the relevant literature on rhabdomyolytic mushroom poisoning.And its poisoning mechanism and treatment status is analyzed to provide assistance for improving clinical diagnosis and treatment level.
