摘 要:本研究探讨非现场超限超载行为电子取证的流程与技术,通过分析电子信息的采集、验证、固化与审核,以及案件立案的流程,结合称重设备、图像和视频取证技术的应用,提出一套有效的电子取证方法。采用案例分析和技术测试相结合的方法,验证了所提取证流程和技术的有效性。电子取证方法能够提高超限超载违法行为取证的准确性和效率,为相关执法部门提供了强有力的技术支持。This study discusses the process and technology of electronic forensics for off-site overrun and overloading behavior.By analyzing the collection,verification,solidification and audit of electronic information,as well as the process of case filing,combined with the application of weighing equipment,image and video forensics technology,a set of effective electronic forensics methods is proposed.The method of case analysis combined with technical test is used to verify the effectiveness of the forensics process and technology.The method of electronic forensics can improve the accuracy and efficiency of the forensics of illegal acts of overrun and overloading,and provide strong technical support for relevant law enforcement departments.
