摘  要:目的探讨Seminar教学法在中医本科生临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2021年7月至2022年7月在天津中医药大学第一附属医院肝胆科实习的60名中医学专业本科生,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各30人。对照组采用常规教学法,试验组在对照组教学模式基础上采取Seminar教学法。比较两组的应用效果。结果试验组的出科考核成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的出勤情况评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组的实习主动性、日常提问回答情况、临床书写病历完成度、查房参与情况评分及总分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Seminar教学法能够提升中医本科生的实习主动性、日常提问回答情况、临床书写病历完成度、查房参与情况评分以及出科考核成绩,教学效果良好,是对本科生临床实习带教方法的有益尝试。Objective To explore the application effect of Seminar teaching method in clinical practice teaching of undergraduates of traditional Chinese medicine Methods From July 2021 to July 2022,60 undergraduate students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine who practiced in the hepatobiliary department of the First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method,with 30 students in each group.The control group adopted the conventional teaching method,and the experimental group adopted the Seminar teaching method on the basis of the control group teaching mode.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The after-department examination result of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in attendance score between the two groups(P>0.05);the scores of practice initiative,daily question answering,clinical writing case completion,ward round participation and total score in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Seminar teaching method can improve the practice initiative,daily question answering,clinical writing case completion,ward round participation score and after-department examination result of undergraduates of traditional Chinese medicine,which has good teaching effect,and is a useful attempt to the clinical practice teaching method of undergraduates.
