摘 要:运用深度访谈、案例分析等方法,剖析CAS理论下体育传统特色学校协同发展的运行机制、困境,并提出实施路径。体育传统特色学校协同发展CAS表征:构建块、流、聚集、标识、多样性、非线性、内部模型。运行机制主要包括多元配合机制和主动性激活机制。困境:教师与学生聚集渠道受阻,服务管理组织发展不完善,资源保障优势发挥不充分。实施路径:推动师生流动聚集,完善服务管理组织,整合资源保障优势。By using the methods of in-depth interview and case analysis,this paper analyzed the operation mechanism and dilemma of the collaborative development of sports traditional characteristic schools under the CAS theory,and put forward the implementation path.CAS representation of collaborative development of traditional sports schools is as follows:building blocks,streams,clusters,identifiers,diversity,nonlinearity,internal models.Operation mechanism is as follows:multiple cooperation mechanism and active activation mechanism.Dilemma:The gathering channels of teachers and students are blocked,the development of service management organizations is imperfect,and the advantages of resource security are not fully utilized.Implementation path:We should promote the fl ow and aggregation of teachers and students,improve the service management organization,and integrate resources to ensure advantages.
