摘  要:数智技术冲击着传统教育范式,打破了传统“知识壁垒”,师生情感被虚拟空间隔离,教师的外在权威、知识权威和感召权威均受到一定程度的消解,亟需寻找新的支撑点。雅斯贝尔斯系统阐述了教育权威观,为我们思考数智时代教师权威提供了依据:数智时代需要教师“适度强权”规约学生自由、克服“技术局限”引导学生学习、“生命示范”培育学生精神。数智时代下教师可从以下几个方面重构教师权威:明确惩戒规则和各级制度,重塑角色,重拾信心;明确学生本位,打造人机协同高质量课堂;明确育人理念,体认技术伦理,以中华优秀传统文化和社会主义核心价值观引领学生。Digital intelligence technology impacts the traditional education paradigm and breaks the traditional“knowledge barrier”.Teachers’and students’emotions are separated by virtual space,and teachers’external authority,knowledge authority and inspirational authority are dissolved to a certain extent.It is urgent to find new support points.Karl Theodor Jaspers systematically elaborated on the concept of educational authority,which provides a basis for us to think about teachers’authority in the era of mathematical intelligence:the era of digital intelligence requires teachers to regulate students’freedom with“moderate power,to guide students to learn by“overcoming technological limitations”,and to cultivate students’spirit through“life demonstration”.In the era of digital intelligence,teachers can reconstruct their authority from the following aspects:clarifying disciplinary rules and systems at all levels to reconstruct their roles and regain their confidence;clearly defining the student-centered approach to create high quality classrooms with man-machine collaboration;and making clear the concept of education and recognizing technological ethics,and guiding students with excellent traditional Chinese culture and socialist core values.
