摘 要:教研员学术权威以专业能力为基石,由学术话语权和专业权威组成。教研员学术权威失落以专业权威的弱化、学术话语权微弱、学术身份的自疑等形式表现出来。教研员学术权威失落的内在影响因素是教研员学术能力的不足,外在影响因素包括行政权威的倾轧、学术文化氛围薄弱、多元学术主体的挑战等。重塑教研员学术权威,可采取以下策略:立足教研转型的时代背景,深化角色定位和身份认同,加强专业自省;根植教学实践活动的土壤,培植内生合作式学术文化,遵循实践自觉;注重自我赋能和内在驱动,筑牢专业权威的能力之基,促成能力自励;加强与多元学术主体交流协作,培塑学术角色的身份自信,做到与不同学术主体的合作共生。The academic authority of teaching and research staff is based on professional ability,which is composed of academic discourse power and professional authority.The loss of academic authority of teaching and research staff is manifested in the weakening of professional authority,the weak academic discourse power and the self-doubt of academic identity.The internal influencing factor of the loss of academic authority of teaching and research staff is the lack of academic ability,while the external influencing factors are the strife of administrative authority,the weak academic culture atmosphere and the challenge of multiple academic subjects.The stratagies to reshape the academic authority of teaching and research staff are:Against the background of the transformation of teaching and research,deepening the role positioning and identity,and strengthening the professional self-reflection;cultivating the endogenous and cooperative academic culture and following the practical consciousness by taking root in the soil of teaching practice;focusing on self-empowerment and internal drive,building the foundation of professional authority,and promoting self-motivation;and strengthening communication and cooperation with multiple academic subjects,cultivating the self-confidence of academic roles,and achieving cooperation and symbiosis with different academic subjects.
