摘  要:教学传统是从教学过去延传到教学现在的观念性教学存在,也即教学世界中的特定人群对某一教学现象相同或相近的理解与解释,具有传承性、公共性和超越性等特征。它是连接教师时间片刻的意义纽带,是实现教师精神通达的文化根基,也是推动教学改革创新的基本前提。教师需要在日常的教学生活中澄明教学传统,在教与学的共同体内彰显教学传统,并在教学悖论的张力下建构教学传统,以促进其真正地延续和发展。Teaching tradition is the existence of conceptual teaching that extends from the teaching past to the teaching present,that is,the understanding and interpretation of a certain teaching phenomenon by specific people in the teaching world is the same or similar,which has the characteristics of inheritance,publicity and transcendence.It is the meaning link of teachers’time,the cultural foundation of realizing teachers’spiritual understanding,and the basic premise of promoting teaching reform and innovation.Teachers need to clarify the teaching tradition in their daily teaching life,reveal the teaching tradition in the community of teaching and learning,and construct the teaching tradition under the tension of teaching paradox,so as to promote its real continuation and development.
