摘　　要：新时代服务性劳动教育是高校劳动教育的重要类型,也是高校劳动教育融入基层社会治理、服务社会发展需求的创新形式。对高校服务性劳动教育内涵的精准把握,需要对服务学习、志愿服务等相关教育理论进行辨析,以及在劳动教育全类型领域的深入比较中来实现。高校服务性劳动教育厚植于马克思主义劳动观的理论土壤,扎根于新时代发展实践,在涵育爱国情怀、培育美好心灵、练就过硬本领和充盈意义体验方面具有重要价值。要推动高校服务性劳动教育的持续发展,充分彰显其独特的育人价值,要强化党建引领,开拓服务性劳动教育的全新境界;对接社会需求,提升服务性劳动教育的育人实效;借助数字技术,赋能服务性劳动教育的质量提升;完善政策体系,保障服务性劳动教育的持续开展。Service-oriented labor education in the new era is an important type of labor education in universities,and it is also an innovative form of integrating labor education into grassroots social governance and serving the needs of social development.To accurately grasp the connotation of service-oriented labor education in universities,we should distinguish and analyze relevant educational theories such as service learning and volunteer service,and achieve this through in-depth comparison of all types of labor education.Service-oriented labor education in universities is deeply rooted in the theoretical soil of Marxist labor theory,rooted in the development practice of the new era,and has important value in cultivating patriotism,a beautiful soul and strong skills,and enriching meaningful experiences.To promote the sustainable development of service-oriented labor education in universities and fully demonstrate its unique educational value,it is necessary to strengthen the Party-building guidance and explore a new realm of service-oriented labor education,connect with social needs and enhance the educational effectiveness of service-oriented labor education,empower the quality improvement of service-oriented labor education through digital technology,and improve the policy system and ensure the continuous development of service-oriented labor education.
