摘　　要：教育家精神是以教育家为代表的广大教师在长期教育教学研究与实践中凝结而成的精神品质,是教师共同体教书育人的价值追求和崇高境界,也是造就高素质“大国良师”、推动实现教育强国的精神动力。我国特有的教育家精神蕴含了胸怀报国理想信念的守正精神,堪为高尚品德楷模的树人精神,遵循求实创新发展的科学精神,甘于专业弘道奉献的担当精神。教育家精神与教育硕士研究生培养目标高度契合,对教育硕士研究生培养具有引领作用。以教育家精神引领教育硕士研究生高质量培养要构建面向学生、学校、国家和社会的多层次价值体系,可以从全程性机制、立体化平台、全方位体系和内生性动力多维度推进。The spirit of educators is the spiritual quality formed by the long-term educational research and practice of teachers represented by educators.It is the value pursuit and noble realm of the teacher community in teaching and educating people,and also the spiritual driving force for cultivating high-quality“great country teachers”and promoting the realization of an educational power.The unique spirit of educators in China contains the spirit of upholding integrity with the ideal and belief of serving the country,the spirit of cultivating people who can be regarded as noble moral models,the scientific spirit of pursuing practical and innovative development,and the sense of responsibility of being willing to dedicate oneself to professional promotion.The spirit of educators is highly compatible with the training objectives of Education Master’s students,and plays a leading role in the training of Education Master’s students.To make the high-quality cultivation of Education Master’s students guided by the spirit of educators,we should build a multi-level value system that is oriented towards students,schools,the country and society.This can be promoted from multiple dimensions,including a full process mechanism,a three-dimensional platform,a comprehensive system,and endogenous motivation.
