摘 要:基于OBE理念探讨将课程思政融入基础护理学教学实践的效果。研究结果表明,基于OBE理念将课程思政融入基础护理学课程后,学生的综合素质得到了显著提升,不仅学习态度与兴趣、学习成果和课程思政认同度明显增强,学生对课程内容的理解和掌握程度也不断提高,对职业道德和人文关怀精神有了更深刻的认识,但课程评价与反馈机制维度仍存在一定不足,学生对反馈的及时性和针对性要求较高,而教师在这方面还有待加强。由相关性分析得知,基础护理学教学实践效果同教育理念与目标的明确性、教学内容与方法的创新性、师资队伍的素质与能力、学生学习的主动性与参与度、课程评价与反馈机制之间均显著相关。为此,应深化OBE理念与课程思政的融合,优化课程评价与反馈机制,加强实践教学环节,不断拓展课程思政的广度和深度。Based on OBE concept,the study discusses the effect of integrating curriculum ideology and politics into basic nursing teaching practice.The results show that after integrating curriculum ideology and politics into the basic nursing curriculum based on the OBE concept,the comprehensive quality of students has been significantly improved.The learning attitude and interest,learning results and curriculum ideology and politics recognition have not only been significantly enhanced,but also the understanding and mastery of the course content have been continuously improved.The students have a deeper understanding of professional ethics and humanistic care spirit.However,the course evaluation and feedback mechanism still has some deficiencies,and students have high requirements for the timeliness and pertinence of feedback,while teachers need to strengthen this aspect.Correlation analysis show that the practical effect of basic nursing teaching is significantly correlated with the clarity of educational ideas and objectives,the innovation of teaching contents and methods,the quality and ability of teachers,the initiative and participation of students in learning,and the course evaluation and feedback mechanism.Therefore,it is necessary to deepen the integration of OBE concept and curriculum ideology and politics,optimize curriculum evaluation and feedback mechanism,strengthen practical teaching links,and constantly expand the breadth and depth of curriculum ideology and politics.
