摘 要:口腔正畸学是专业性强、技术依赖高、对临床思维和综合素质要求较高的学科。现代人们对牙齿和面部美学的要求逐渐提高,促使口腔正畸学教育由重理论教育向多学科诊疗综合实践教育迈进。随着医学教学改革的不断推进,探案式教学法作为一种开放式科学教学方法,对发展临床思维、加强团队合作、提高综合能力方面都具有积极作用。文章通过分析我国口腔正畸学教学现状,提出新型的探案式口腔正畸学教学方法,旨在口腔正畸相关理论和实操教学方面能够有效增强学习积极性,提升学生的综合能力,进一步培养出更多适应口腔正畸临床实践与时代发展的新型人才。Orthodontics is highly professional,very dependent on technology,and demands a high level of clinical judgment and overall excellence.The demands of contemporary society for the aesthetics of faces and teeth are steadily rising,which means that orthodontics education must go from theoretical instruction to multidisciplinary,all-encompassing practice instruction.With the ongoing promotion of reform in medical teaching,the inquiry-based learning method,an open scientific teaching approach,plays a positive role in developing clinical thinking,enhancing teamwork,and increasing comprehensive ability.This paper analyzes the state of orthodontic education in China and proposes a new approach to teaching the subject,aiming to effectively increase students′enthusiasm for learning orthodontic theory and practice,improve their overall ability,and develop more skills that will allow them to adapt to orthodontic clinical practice and the advancement of the era.
