摘 要:智能制造已成为我国制造业转型升级的重要驱动力,亟需具备数字化技术技能的电子信息工程领域技术人才。本文针对当前高职电子信息工程技术专业人才培养中目标与市场需求脱节、课程内容滞后于技术发展以及校企合作与产教融合不足等问题,提出了对接市场需求调整培养目标、更新课程体系紧跟技术前沿、强化校企合作与产教融合等改革措施,旨在优化人才培养模式,为智能制造产业输送符合市场需求的高素质数字化技术人才。Intelligent manufacturing has become a crucial driving force for the global transformation and upgrade of the manufacturing industry,necessitating technologists in the field of electronic information engineering equipped with digital skills.This paper addresses issues such as the disconnection between the goals of talent cultivation in voca-tional college electronic information engineering technology majors and market demands,outdated curriculum content lagging behind technological advancements,and insufficient collaboration between schools and enterprises as well as industry-education integration.Proposals are made to adjust training objectives to meet market demands,update the curriculum system to keep pace with technological advancements,and strengthen collaboration between schools and enterprises as well as industry-education integration.The aim is to optimize talent cultivation models and produce high-quality digital technologists tailored to the needs of the intelligent manufacturing industry.
