摘  要:为验证超大直径盾构管片拼装机的力学特性是否满足施工需求,在Adams软件中建立管片拼装机的虚拟样机模型,通过对管片拼装过程进行仿真工步规划,设置连接副和驱动函数,得到管片拼装机在不同管片拼装过程中的载荷极值。将载荷极值作为托梁和吸盘扼架的边界条件,对托梁和吸盘扼架的结构进行静力学仿真,得到应力和变形云图。静力学仿真结果表明,托梁和吸盘扼架的应力和变形均处于安全范围内,管片拼装机的整体刚度和强度满足施工需求。To verify whether the mechanical characteristics of the segment erector of largediameter shield meet the construction requirements,a virtual prototype model of the segment erector is established in software Adams.Through the simulation work step planning of the segment erection process,the connecting pairs and drive function are set up,and the load extremums of the segment erector in different segment erection processes are obtained.The load extremums are taken as the boundary conditions of the joist and yoke frame,and static simulation of the structures of the joist and yoke frame is carried out to obtain the stress and deformation.The static simulation results show that the stress and deformation of the joist and yoke frame are within the safe range,and the overall stiffness and strength of the segment erector meet the construction requirements.
