摘  要:为了解决设置中隔墙的通风竖井二衬整体施工技术难题,以大丰华高速公路鸿图特长隧道通风竖井施工为依托,研究通过在每节下料管底端沿内壁周向设置多条缓冲条,并在最后一节下料管底部设置缓冲器,可以较好地解决自井口向下超高高度输送混凝土离析及管壁磨损等施工难题,保证混凝土入模质量。滑模以连续接长钢管为受力爬杆,通过千斤顶咬合进行小行程对称爬升,并辅以多种测量技术手段保持其水平工作状态,可实现通风竖井二衬连续、高效、稳定浇筑。In order to solve the technical difficulties in the overall construction of the secondary lining of the ventilation shaft with a partition wall,based on the construction of the ventilation shaft of the Hongtu Extra Long Tunnel on the Dafenghua Expressway,this study studies the construction problems of concrete segregation and pipe wall wear during the transportation from the wellhead to the ultra-high height by setting multiple buffer bars along the inner wall circumference at the bottom of each section of the feeding pipe,and setting a buffer at the bottom of the last section of the feeding pipe,and ensures the quality of concrete injection into the mold.The sliding mode uses a continuously extended steel pipe as the force climbing rod,and uses a jack to engage for small stroke symmetrical climbing,supplemented by various measurement techniques to maintain its horizontal working state.It can achieve continuous,efficient,and stable pouring of the secondary lining of the ventilation shaft.
