摘　　要：美国高等教育信息化协会发布的《2023地平线报告(教与学版)》聚焦全球高等教育数字化转型发展,总结了影响未来高等教育发展的五大宏观趋势、六大关键技术及实践典型案例,并预测了未来10年高等教育发展的4个场景。基于该报告的专题文章,从智能技术驱动教学创新、数字化基础设施保障教育公平、微证书助推终身学习、师生数字素养4个方面,思考我国高等教育数字化转型未来发展,以期为我国高等教育发展提供建议。The 2023 Horizon Report:Teaching and Learning Edition released by the American Higher Education Informatization Association(EDUCAUSE)focuses on the development of digital transformation in global higher education.The report summarizes five macro trends,six key technologies and practices that affect the future development of higher education,and predicts four scenarios for the development of higher education in the next decade.Based on articles of the report,The research considers the future development of digital transformation in Chinese higher education from four aspects:intelligent technology drives teaching innovation,digital Infrastructure ensures educational fairness,microcredentials promote lifelong learning and digital literacy of teachers and students.,in order to provide suggestions for the development of higher education in China.
