摘　　要：理解产业集群的创新能力来源对于指导集群企业转型和升级至关重要。然而,现有文献忽略了集群企业知识地方性创新的过程性特征,也缺乏考察集群制度环境对该过程的影响,进而不能解释集群提升企业创新绩效的内在机理。本文基于吸收能力理论打开集群企业知识地方性创新过程的“黑箱”,同时整合制度复杂性理论构建了集群企业知识地方性创新过程影响要素的分析框架。研究认为,集群企业知识地方性创新过程包含地方知识识别、地方知识转化、地方知识应用三个序贯性行为;集群地方知识的多样性和互补性是影响集群企业知识地方性创新过程效率的前因;集群的制度逻辑和组织场域结构特征构成了集群企业知识地方性创新的条件要素。本文深化了集群企业知识地方性创新的相关理论,也为理清产业集群创新转型提供有益指导。Understanding the innovative sources of industry clusters is critical to guide the industrial growth.Local knowledge innovation of cluster firms has been identified as the core element.However,previous literatures have overlooked the underlying process of the cluster firms'local knowledge innovation and ignored the effects of the complex institutional environments within the clusters.It leads not only a lack of understanding on how clusters may enhance firms'innovation performance,but also a research gap of the mechanisms of the cluster-based innovative outcomes under institutional complexity.Integrating the absorptive capability and institutional complexity perspectives,this study develops a holistic framework on the process of local knowledge innovation of firms in industry clusters.We argue that three behavioral components constitute this process,namely,local knowledge identifica-tion,local knowledge assimilation and local knowledge application.Furthermore,we posit that the diversity and complementarities of a cluster's knowledge base are the core drivers of firm local knowledge innovation processes,and multiple institutional logics and the organizational filed structures of clusters are its boundary conditions.This study unpacks the behavioral process that constituting the local knowledge innovation of the cluster firm.We also add new insights on the boundary conditions under which the local knowledge innovation process can gender innovative benefits to cluster firms.This study genders practical implications to the entre-preneurs of the cluster firm on that how they can manage the local knowledge innovation process as well as to those decision makers of industry clusters on that how they can maximize the effectiveness of the cluster-based innovation of firms.
